TARGETING SAFETY

Every office of Staffing Connection is sensitive to the need for safety. Our company’s motto has become “Targeting Safety”. Our Risk and Safety Management department, besides providing training and the most recently tested safety equipment, also conducts on-site safety inspections and instructions for handling an accident. Staffing Connection is committed to providing a safe work environment and to fostering the well-being and health of its employees.

Risk Management

Our in-house Risk Department aims to train and educate Staffing Connection temporary employees regarding the hazards and risks associated with their jobs. We strive to keep accidents at the lowest possible rate by avoiding situations that lead to injuries.

Our Risk Department is in place to customize and coordinate safety and training programs specific to our clients’ needs. We have experience and training with OSHA certification and are a proud member of the National Safety Council and the South Florida Construction Safety and Health Partnership (CAREP).

VENDOR IN PLACE PROGRAM

Many companies have discovered that using large numbers of temporary employees eliminates or reduces many employment problems. Staffing Connection can maintain a Service Coordinator or Facility Manager at an office. The Service Representative works directly with company management to provide the best service possible for the company. This is referred to as the “Vendor In Place Program.” It is dependent on volume of employees and cost effectiveness.
